As a technical support company, we have over 70 technicians located in over 35 major cities covering at least a 40 mile radius within their areas.

 

The senior staff of QCtechsolutions  have worn many hats within the IT industry for over 50 years. We have been Component Repair Technicians in a Depot, Field Service Engineers, and IT Managers, Directors, Recruiters, Trainers, Dispatchers and many other positions for a number of fortune 500 companies.

 

It is safe to say, we have been in the trenches and have seen everything that transpires supporting end-user equipment in all environments from dirty, cluttered shops to the latest pristine raised floor data centers.

Relationship Management

  • Our continuous contact with our technical staff and your designated staff is critical for your operations. We require 100% communications with you as client as well as us as administrators during the entire service event and after with closing notes and photos if required

  • We offer continuous communications with our technicians and your designated support personnel before, during and after the service event.
