This is not an online service platform.  We do not publish service tickets to the general technician population.  Our engineers select the technicians and develop a one-to-one relationship with each and every technician to ensure they have the correct skillsets as well as provide the communications necessary to get the job done.  The technicians are on call, on an as-needed basis. All Service Level Agreements are available according to your needs during normal business hours, extended hours and after hours as well as holidays.  Most of our technicians are fully badged for access to their sites.

 

Normal business hours are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 7am to 6:00pm local time. Extended hours are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 6:00pm to 6:00am. After-Hours are defined as the hours that fall outside of normal business hours or extended hours and holidays.
